Couldn't recommend more for a weekend jaunt
Clean room, friendly staff, which made my stay enjoyable and the complimentary breakfast offered a satisfying start to my day before exploring the city. The location was perfect just one block from the C-Train Station for easy access to attractions.
Couldn't stay longer.

We had a lovely stay here where the breakfast spread was fantastic, and we especially loved our cozy Deluxe King Suite with a mini fridge. The pool and lounge area really helped us unwind after a long day, and it was a nice touch to have toiletries stocked daily. The only downside was the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but overall, we enjoyed our visit and recommend it! 😊

The parking was convenient, though the

Mixed Experience with Room Accessibility
The check-in staff were helpful, but the accessible room had significant flaws, like a dangerous shower setup. The single elevator caused long waits, which was frustrating. The breakfast was decent, yet more seating is needed. Future guests might want to verify accessibility options beforehand.

would have stayed for longer
We had a great time in a Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was cozy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave. Breakfast had a nice variety, and we especially appreciated the safe parking. The fitness center was well-equipped. Everything was within walking distance, so easy to get around.

missingWrote a review on 14 Julcovered parkingmodern decorgood breakfastnoisy elevatorcreaky floors
The free covered parking is a huge plus, especially in a busy downtown location where decent parking is scarce. The hotel features fresh, modern decor, and offers a good breakfast selection that should keep most guests satisfied.
The room I initially received was not renovated, contrary to expectations based on the online pictures. The door to my room had issues locking, and I found that creaky floors can be a bit distracting. Being placed near the elevator wasn't ideal, either, as it added unnecessary noise during my stay. Also, the breakfast options repeated too quickly without variety.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious room, which was modern and clean, offering excellent lighting. The staff were very helpful, ensuring my stay was comfortable, and the breakfast area was bright and welcoming, perfect for relaxing before heading out.
The elevator was quite small and cramped.

The staff were very helpful during my stay.
My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The first night, I noticed stained sheets and even after requesting a change, the same stains were present on the second night. Additionally, the noise level was unbearable, as I could hear traffic and loud patrons from the bar below, which made it impossible for me to get a good night's sleep.

Check-in was quick and the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The King Room with Spa Bath exceeded expectations, especially the ultra-soft bed and ample pillows. The enjoyable jacuzzi. However, noise from the street was disruptive, and the facilities were lacking, with no vending or ice machines available. Breakfast used disposable items, adding to the waste produced, detracting from an otherwise positive experience.

A welcoming stay with bright mornings
Woke up to the delightful aroma of fresh coffee that filled the air. The staff were genuinely kind and always eager to help. The spacious room made it all the more enjoyable!
However, the hot water took a while to kick in during morning showers, which was a bit frustrating when in a rush. This small hiccup was noticeable, but didn't ruin the overall experience.
